Terms and Conditions of Sale – shoptwlv
Online sales carried out through the website https://shoptwlv.com/ are considered distance sales.
1. Definitions
Online sales contract: a distance contract concerning tangible movable goods offered on shoptwlv, concluded between the Supplier and the Purchaser.
Purchaser: the natural person acting for purposes unrelated to their business, commercial, or professional activity (consumer).

2. Identification and obligations of the parties

4. Payment methods and refunds
The following payment methods are accepted (where available):

Any refunds will be made within 30 days from the acknowledgement of the right to a refund, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the Purchaser.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will take place within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.
Any delays will be notified to the Purchaser by email. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
6. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are indicated during the order process, before the order is confirmed.
For deliveries outside the EU, any customs duties and import taxes are borne exclusively by the Purchaser.
7. Product availability
If a product ordered is totally or partially unavailable, the Supplier will promptly inform the Purchaser via email, offering either replacement with an equivalent product or a full refund of the amounts paid.
8. Limitation of liability
The Supplier shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by force majeure, unforeseeable events, or malfunctions attributable to third-party service providers (such as couriers, hosting providers, payment gateways).
In such cases, the Purchaser shall only be entitled to a refund of amounts paid, where applicable, and shall not be entitled to any further compensation.
9. Legal guarantee of conformity
All products sold on shoptwlv are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee of conformity for consumers, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
The Purchaser must notify any lack of conformity within a reasonable period from its discovery, providing a description and, where requested, photographic evidence.
10. Purchaser’s obligations
The Purchaser undertakes to:
- Pay the price of the products within the terms and using the methods indicated during the purchase process;
- Carefully keep the order confirmation received via email;
- Check the integrity of the packaging upon delivery and promptly report any damage to the courier and to shoptwlv.
11. Right of withdrawal
Where applicable under consumer law, the Purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, without penalty and without the need to provide any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Purchaser must send a clear written communication to: info@shoptwlv.com.
The products must be returned intact, unused and in their original packaging, within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Purchaser, unless otherwise specified. The refund will be made within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods or proof of shipment, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
12. Product exchanges
The Purchaser may request an exchange of products, where offered, within 14 days from delivery by sending an email to info@shoptwlv.com.
Return shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the Purchaser, unless otherwise indicated by shoptwlv. The Supplier may request photographic evidence before authorizing the exchange.

shoptwlv ensures compliance with applicable personal data protection laws, including:

- National laws on data protection and privacy, where applicable.
